If this is your first order with us, here is exactly what happens from choosing a size to the parcel reaching your door.
Step 1: Choose the product and size
Open a product from kurta shalwar or waistcoat suits. Tap a size and its measurements appear below the size buttons. Tap Size guide for the full chart. If you are unsure, tap Ask on WhatsApp on the product page.
Step 2: Add to cart and check out
Tap Add to cart, then Check out. Enter the delivery address and a phone number the courier can reach.
Step 3: Pay by Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. You pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives.
Delivery time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. After that, delivery usually takes:

| Remote areas | 5 to 7 business days |
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. If you are ordering for Eid or a wedding, count the processing days as well.
Delivery charges
- Standard delivery is Rs. 250 across Pakistan.
- Delivery is free on orders of Rs. 3,000 or more.
- Delivery is free on 3 piece waistcoat suits.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you receive a tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp.
Returns and exchange
Please check the size chart before ordering, and inspect the parcel when it arrives. The terms for returns are in our refund policy, and the full delivery terms are in the shipping policy.
